Only held
meetings count.
Phone-first calling that books qualified sales meetings for UK B2B SaaS and MSP teams.
An accepted invite isn’t a meeting.
Calendar acceptances are easy to collect. A meeting only matters when the prospect attends and there is a relevant reason to talk. That is what we measure.
| What happened | Booked outcome | Heldwise standard |
|---|---|---|
| Invite accepted, prospect doesn’t attend | Booked | Not held |
| Prospect attends, but no relevant need or interest emerges | Booked | Held, but not qualified |
| Prospect attends with a genuine need or interest | Booked | Counts as held and qualified |
£1,500
Four weeks to test phone-first outbound.
A fixed fee for a contained test of your market, message and buyer. Four things are agreed before the first call.
Agreed upfront
- Who we call
- Your target segment and buyer, from your list or one we build with your approval.
- Caller hours
- How much calling time the sprint includes.
- Prospect volume
- How many accounts and contacts we work through.
- What qualifies
- The criteria a meeting must meet, and the call script.
No meeting guarantee. We agree the activity, not the outcome, and report what actually happens.
After the sprint: if the evidence supports it, a monthly retainer starts at £2,000, with scope agreed for the campaign.
Talk through the sprintWhat counts as a held meeting.
We agree objective account and buyer criteria before calling. A meeting counts as held and qualified when the prospect attends and expresses a genuine need, interest or relevant reason to talk. It does not have to be your perfect-fit customer or become a sale.
Relevant account
Within the objective sector, geography and account parameters agreed before calling. These guide targeting; they are not a promise that every prospect is your ideal customer.
Relevant buyer
The decision-maker, or an influencer you’ve agreed is relevant.
A reason to talk
The prospect expresses a genuine need, interest or relevant reason to explore your offer.
They attend
The prospect attends. Attendance plus a relevant need, genuine interest or reason to talk is what counts.
A calendar acceptance alone doesn’t count. Neither does a no-show.
Criteria, then calls, then evidence.

The point isn’t more calls. It’s a conversation your sales team is glad it took.
Before you book the sprint.
Is Heldwise a fit for us?
Most likely if you’re a UK B2B SaaS or MSP business with roughly 10 to 50 staff, no in-house SDR team, a defined offer and the capacity to take meetings promptly.
Do you guarantee a number of meetings?
No. The sprint has a fixed scope and fee, but outcomes depend on your market, offer, data and buyer response. We agree the activity and qualification rules upfront, then report the results honestly.
What do you need from us?
Accurate product and customer context, an agreed prospect list or approval of how we build one, sign-off on the message and criteria, and time to attend and follow up meetings.
What happens with no-shows and reschedules?
A no-show is booked, not held. An attended meeting counts as qualified when a relevant need, genuine interest or reason to explore the offer is established. It does not have to be your perfect-fit customer or convert into a sale. We agree objective account and buyer targeting before calling.
What happens after four weeks?
We review the call and meeting evidence together. If there’s a case to continue, we agree a monthly retainer and its scope for the campaign.
Arrange a 15-minute fit call.
We’ll look at your audience, offer and sales capacity. If the sprint isn’t a fit, we’ll say so.
